More On Mediation…
WHAT IS MEDIATION?
Mediation is a form of dispute resolution. The term “mediation” means that you and the other party meet with a neutral third-party to facilitate discussions; and allows parties to create confidential & unique solutions without court involvement.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A MEDIATOR?
A Mediator helps both sides evaluate each other’s perspectives, goals, and what’s important to everyone. A Mediator does not take sides or make decisions for the participants and does not decide who is right or wrong.
